Anime Zero Codes Not Working: Reward Troubleshooting
Fix copied text, check level conditions and previous claims, then decide whether rejoining can help with a failed Anime Zero reward code.
When Anime Zero codes are not working, check the copied text and your eligibility before trying another server. A mistyped entry, a level requirement, a previous claim and expiration can all prevent a reward, but they need different responses.

Remove copying errors first
Copy the entry again from the Codes hub. Paste only the code string, without quotation marks, a reward description or a space at either end. Match capitalization instead of relying on the game to correct it.
If the fresh input is accepted, the original text was the issue. If it still fails, keep the game's response visible and move to the eligibility check. This avoids treating every failed attempt as an expired code.
Match the response to a useful next step
Some entries have minimum player levels. Compare the entry's listed requirement with your own level; leveling is the appropriate next action when you do not meet it. Codes are also limited to one use per account, so a previous successful claim cannot be repeated for another reward.

Retry a server only when it fits the problem
For a newly announced entry that is spelled correctly and matches your level, rejoining the experience is a reasonable troubleshooting step. An older server may not yet reflect a recent change. This is a possibility, not a guaranteed fix: it will not overcome an already-used reward or a minimum level.
If a clean attempt still fails after rejoining, stop repeating it. Check the announcement date and record the actual response for a help request. Leave account credentials out of screenshots.
